OUR WORKFLOW
Once you provide your contact information, our corporate team will schedule a meeting to give you an in-depth overview of the Tasty Fusion franchise opportunity. During this meeting, we’ll also learn more about your interest in our business and address any questions you may have.
After our initial discussion, you’ll receive a copy of the Tasty Fusion Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD). Following your review of the FDD, you’ll sign the franchise agreement and submit the $35,000 franchise fee. At this stage, we’ll begin assisting you in identifying potential locations.
Once you’ve chosen a location and secured a lease, a dedicated Project Manager from our corporate team will be assigned to assist you throughout the process
Working closely with you, the architect, and general contractor, we’ll develop your store layout and brand guidelines. You’ll receive our latest Design Intent Package (DIP) to guide the construction process.
Prior to your soft opening, we’ll send two senior members of your team for comprehensive training at one of our corporate locations. This training focuses on those who will be directly involved in day-to-day operations.
After training, we’ll schedule a soft opening to fine-tune operations and address any issues before the grand opening.
Once your restaurant is running smoothly, we’ll coordinate a grand opening event to generate buzz in your local community. This will include PR, direct mailers, social media, and other marketing efforts.
After the grand opening, our corporate team will support you in executing marketing strategies and maximizing the impact of your local marketing fund. Consistency in marketing efforts and outstanding customer service are key to continued growth. We encourage franchisees to focus on digital platform reviews and engage with customers on various platforms.
Many of our franchisees expand to multiple locations over time. Depending on your long-term goals, you may have the opportunity to operate multiple Tasty Fusion units. We also offer Area Director rights for qualified candidates.
