work with one of our preferred architects or another approved architect to create your restaurant’s floor plan, color renderings, and construction drawings. While we expect you’ll rent your restaurant premises, purchasing the property is also an option. Note that construction costs are not included in our estimates if you choose to buy. Additionally, landlords may offer allowances, credits, rebates, or rent abatements to help cover your remodeling and build-out expenses, potentially reducing your overall costs.
